SRC recognizes Dr. Alfredo Fernandez. A pioneer in laparoscopy, Dr. Fernandez has been an SRC accredited Master Surgeon in Metabolic and Bariatric surgery since 2013. He is the Bariatric Medical Director at Brandon Regional Hospital and has performed over 4,000 procedures. He currently belongs to the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS), Obesity Action Coalition (OAC) and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgery (SLS). Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Alfredo Fernandez is dedicated to providing his patients with a caring, comprehensive, and multi-disciplined approach to weight loss surgery.
