Robert Longest
Director, Information Technology
With more than 12 years of industry experience, Robert Longest manages SRC’s software development team and assists the Director of Information Technology in managing that department. He and his team are responsible for the development of software applications for both internal and external SRC users.
Prior to joining SRC, Mr. Longest spent more than 10 years as a software development manager for Credit Suisse. During his career there, he was responsible for application development, evaluating and removing duplicated code in existing software to improve processing efficiencies and redesigning the bank’s application server footprints.
Mr. Longest graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Computer Science.
Jaeden King
Service Delivery Manager
With over a decade of IT industry experience, Jaeden King manages SRC’s service delivery operations and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients. He and his team are responsible for ensuring the seamless, efficient execution of SRC’s accreditation programs, optimizing workflows, and delivering high-quality technical support across all user touchpoints.
Prior to joining SRC, Mr. King held technical and leadership roles at Behavioral Health Link, ultimately serving as IT Service Desk Manager overseeing service desk operations and leading front-line support for their crisis-response SaaS platform. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Technician for a credit repair law firm, focusing on service desk operations, IT security initiatives, and end-user support within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Mr. King graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Network Systems Administration.
Nathan Scretching
Database Technical Lead and Document Librarian
Nathan Scretching is a software engineer with over 14 years of experience in front and back-end development with an emphasis in enterprise supply chain management and data analysis solutions. As part of the Information Services team, he is responsible for database development and support for SRC’s proprietary software products. Mr. Scretching holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Mississippi State University.
Yates Eldridge
Developer Technical Lead
Yates Eldridge supports and maintains SRC’s various proprietary software products. Mr. Eldridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Computer Science and recreational management from Appalachian State University.
Nathan Litts
Software Engineer
Nathan Litts develops and maintains SRC’s various proprietary software products. Mr. Litts graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Isaac Brooks
Software Engineer
Isaac Brooks develops and maintains SRC’s various proprietary software products. Mr. Brooks graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science where he also obtained a data science certification.
Luke Draper
Software Engineer
Luke Draper develops and maintains SRC’s various proprietary software products. Mr. Draper graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Technology and certificates in computer programming, front-end web, and web development. Prior to SRC, Mr. Draper developed software used in concrete 3D printing.
Michael Watson
Data Engineer
Prior to his software engineering career, Michael Watson served as a Senior Neurophysiologist in brain and spinal surgery operating rooms. In that role, he witnessed firsthand the wide variation in quality among surgeons and hospitals. He observed how difficult it can be for patients to know in advance the quality of care they’ll receive, making SRC’s mission especially meaningful to him.
Mr. Watson has worked across the entire software development process but is happiest when working with databases and servers. He finds personal satisfaction in identifying efficient, high-performance solutions to complex problems.
Mr. Watson holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
Hayden Parsons
Junior Software Developer
Hayden Parsons develops and maintains SRC’s proprietary software products. As he continues to expand his expertise as a full-stack developer, he supports internal software enhancements and provides user assistance across departments.
Mr. Parsons earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with a minor in French and Francophone studies from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Alexander Werner
Testing Engineer
Alex Werner is responsible for quality control and testing of SRC’s various proprietary software products. Mr. Werner graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Maureen Theisen
UX/UI Designer
Maureen Theisen is a seasoned User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) designer based in Durham, North Carolina with over 15 years of experience in web design and front-end development. She has an impressive track record of creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites. Ms. Theisen is known for her exceptional ability to blend design and technology and her keen eye for detail ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality.
At SRC, Ms. Theisen elevates not only the aesthetics of our applications and reports but also the entire user experience. She creates intuitive interfaces that optimize overall usability, and her design expertise enhances SRC’s data visualization, making complex information more easily comprehensible for our users. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona, Tucson.
Asa Brooks
IT Support Specialist
Asa Brooks is responsible for technical hardware and software support to SRC team members located in 12 states. SRC’s remote office environment necessitates uptime and functionality, and Mr. Brooks ensures optimal performance and prompt problem resolution.
Daniel Shiel
Junior Test Engineer
Dan Shiel is responsible for quality control and testing of SRC’s various proprietary software products. He focuses on automation of the testing process to catch bugs earlier, decrease testing time, and increase code coverage. Mr. Shiel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
