Kim Keith
Director, Business Development
Kim Keith serves as Director of Business Development for SRC, where she works closely with surgeons, hospitals, and health systems to advance quality and performance through SRC’s accreditation programs. With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Mrs. Keith brings extensive expertise in long-term care, hospice, and home care, with a career that spans both operational leadership and strategic business development.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Keith has been recognized for her ability to build strong teams, develop innovative programs, and drive sustainable organizational growth. Her leadership experience includes strategic planning, program development, and mentoring emerging healthcare leaders, helping organizations strengthen operations while maintaining a steadfast commitment to patient-centered care. She has received numerous accolades throughout her career for advancing employee engagement, improving quality of care, and leading initiatives that support organizational growth.
Mrs. Keith is deeply passionate about driving results that ensure patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality care. Her diverse experience across post-acute healthcare settings provides valuable insight into the evolving challenges healthcare organizations face as they work to deliver exceptional outcomes and expand access to quality services.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Arkansas State University.
Alex Bennett
Senior Manager, Business Development
Alex Bennett plays a pivotal role in guiding surgeons, hospitals, and health systems through SRC’s accreditation process. With an extensive background in hospital administration, marketing, physician recruitment, and business development, Ms. Bennett can provide expertise and comprehensive solutions for unique challenges faced by healthcare institutions.
During her tenure in the rural healthcare sector, Ms. Bennett discovered her passion for improving patient outcomes and ensuring individuals have equitable access to quality care. She has a distinctive understanding of the intricacies that hospitals, surgical centers and physicians encounter as they increase market share and deliver quality care.
In recognition of her contributions to the South Arkansas healthcare industry and business community, Ms. Bennett was named one of Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 honorees in 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas.
Frances Myers
Senior Manager, Business Development
Frances Myers brings more than a decade of experience in customer service and startup management to her role as Senior Manager of Business Development at SRC. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has held several roles that have deepened her expertise in accreditation strategy, client engagement, and organizational growth. In her current role, Ms. Myers provides leadership across SRC’s business development efforts, guiding strategy, mentoring team members, and supporting the continued growth of SRC’s accreditation programs. She also works directly with healthcare providers, helping them understand how accreditation supports quality improvement, strengthens a culture of excellence, and drives long-term program success.
Daniela Casagrande, BS, MSc, PhD
Manager, International Business Development
Daniela Schaan Casagrande earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from the Methodist Institute of Education and Culture (Instituto Metodista de Educação e Cultura), Porto Alegre, Brazil. She earned her Master of Science in endocrinology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul School of Medicine (Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Porto Alegre, Brazil and achieved a PhD from Duke University. Dr. Casagrande has also participated in a Duke University research fellowship.
Dr. Casagrande worked as a bariatric nutritionist at The Center of Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome of São Lucas Hospital of PUCRS (Centro de Obesidade e Síndrome Metabólica do Hospital São Lucas da PUCRS, Brazil) from 2000 – 2014. During her tenure as Nutrition and Research Coordinator for her bariatric surgical and clinical diagnostics team, she led her hospital and surgeons to becoming an SRC Center of Excellence and guiding them through the site inspection process. She also has extensive experience within the Brazilian University system, working as a professor at the University of Vale do Rio do Sinos (Universidade do Vale do Rio do Sinos) and at The Foundation Institute of Cardiology of Porto Alegre (Instituto de Cardiologia de Porto Alegre).
Dr. Casagrande has served on two medical society boards. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Obesity Society (Associação Brasileira para o Estudo da Obesidade e Sindrome Metabólica – ABESO) from 2003 to 2005. Dr. Casagrande also served on the board of directors of the Metabolic and Bariatric Brazilian Society – RS Chapter (Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia bariátrica e metabolic – capitulo RS) from 2003 to 2010. She has published 14 manuscripts, five book chapters and several articles in Grey Literature.
Tyler Tankard
Specialist, Business Development
As a Business Development Specialist, Tyler Tankard applies his background in customer service and sales to support the growth of SRC’s accreditation programs. He works closely with participants to identify opportunities, provide program insight, and help organizations determine the best path forward. Mr. Tankard values building strong professional relationships and is focused on helping providers pursue accreditation as a tool for quality improvement, measurable outcomes, and long-term program success.
Ashley Dawson
Specialist, Business Development
With over a decade of account management experience, Ashley Dawson brings a relationship-driven approach to her role as a Business Development Specialist at SRC. Her expertise lies in cultivating strong, lasting professional relationships and helping healthcare providers understand how SRC’s accreditation programs support their goals. Ms. Dawson works across SRC’s comprehensive resources—including quality improvement initiatives, marketing and communication support, and educational and consulting services—to help organizations evaluate opportunities and pursue accreditation strategically. Her proactive approach reflects a strong commitment to guiding providers toward long-term program success.
Ms. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Brittanie Stone
Representative, Business Development
Brittanie Stone brings more than 30 years of customer service and business development experience to her role as a Business Development Representative at Surgical Review Corporation. Since entering the healthcare industry in 2014, she has built strategic partnerships across the hospice, inpatient rehabilitation, and long-term care sectors, helping organizations strengthen relationships and drive meaningful growth.
Raised in a family-owned business, Brittanie learned early the importance of integrity, accountability, hard work, and building genuine relationships. Those values continue to guide her as she partners with healthcare leaders to support innovation, improve outcomes, and advance quality patient care.
Brittanie is passionate about developing meaningful connections, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping teams achieve sustainable results. She is excited to bring her experience and relationship-focused approach to SRC’s missions of improving healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
Holly Peery
Senior Coordinator, Business Development
Holly Peery brings a diverse background in medical sales, clinical research, and strategic development to her role as Business Development Coordinator at SRC. She has experience identifying growth opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving product adoption across the healthcare sector.
Before joining SRC, Ms. Peery served as a technical sales consultant, where she expanded market presence by onboarding hospital systems and healthcare providers. Her ability to navigate both the clinical and commercial aspects of healthcare is supported by a strong foundation in cancer research and clinical operations.
Ms. Peery holds dual Master’s Degrees in Biotechnology and in Genetics & Genomics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, blending scientific expertise with a results-driven approach to business development. She is passionate about helping providers harness the value of SRC’s accreditation programs to strengthen patient safety and improve organizational performance.
Mariah Calmes
Coordinator, Business Development
Six years prior to joining SRC, Mariah Calmes worked closely with hospitals nationwide, supporting travel nurse placements while maintaining high standards for customer service and staffing quality. She is known for her strong relationship-building skills and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
As an Account Manager, Ms. Calmes works directly with SRC designees to ensure they have the information, resources, and support needed to achieve professional growth.
Lauren Metcalfe
Administrative Assistant, Accounting Services
Lauren Metcalfe is a dedicated administrative and accounting professional with over a decade of experience optimizing processes and workflows. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to efficiency make her a valuable asset to SRC’s team.
Ms. Metcalfe holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Her results-driven approach ensures accuracy and precision in all aspects of administrative and financial operations.
