Dr. Cuzalina is board certified by the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He opened his practice, Tulsa Surgical Arts & Medical Spa, in 1998 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Tulsa Surgical Arts, also dually accredited Centers of Excellence in Cosmetic Surgery, features operating rooms fitted with the most advanced technologies, an on-site medical spa and an overnight guest suite where the staff can monitor and care for patients following surgery. Dr. Cuzalina has performed over 10,000 cosmetic surgical procedures, 3,000 of which were breast augmentations and enhancement surgeries. His special interests include body contouring and complex facial aging surgeries. Dr. Cuzalina works to advance the field of cosmetic surgery through teaching, writing and lectures.
