SRC congratulates Dr. Túlio Fernandes Assis on his recent accreditation as a Master Surgeon in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Assis specializes in digestive surgery and obesity treatments. In 1999, he graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and finished his medical residency at Hospital Odilon Behrens. Dr. Assis has completed post-graduate education in clinical nutrition.
