Congratulations to Dr. Khaled Hamdan on his recent achievement of earning a Master Surgeon in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery accreditation. Dr. Hamdan has extensive experience in minimally invasive surgery and has performed a wide range of advanced laparoscopic procedures. He has worked in large teaching hospitals throughout the UK where he held positions as a general consultant, oesophago-gastric and bariatric surgeon. He has a special interest in how to avoid and treat complications after weight loss surgery and he recently co-authored a book titled “Bariatric Surgery: From indications to postoperative care”.
Dr. Hamdan is also an accredited Surgeon of Excellence in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Center of Excellence Healthpoint Hospital UAE.
