Bariatric Outcomes Longitudinal Database™ (BOLD™) Participation Now
Required for Provisional Status Designees
April 30, 2008
Provisional Status designees are required to participate in BOLD™ and must begin entering all bariatric surgery patients into the database within 90 days of Provisional Status designation. Applicants will not be permitted to apply for Full Approval unless they are entering all bariatric surgery patients into BOLD.
