Registration

Thank you for your interest in the International Center of Excellence for Bariatric Surgery (ICE). The ICE program is endorsed by IFSO and available to surgeons and hospitals throughout the world.

Surgeons and hospitals located in BrazilMexico and India must first apply for designation through their country’s center of excellence program. Once they have earned their country-specific designation, SRC automatically awards dual designation in the ICE program.

SRC uses a proprietary online system for ICE registration, account creation and application submission. Currently, information in the COE System is only available in English.

SRC requires surgeons and hospitals to have a fluent English speaker participate in learning about and applying to the program. This individual will serve as SRC’s primary contact and ensure that all involved fully understand the ICE program, its requirements, the application process, as well as legal contracts and other important documents.
