Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gary Pratt assisted in the startup of SRC and has served as CEO
since its inception in 2003. He has spent a majority of his career in
the healthcare and information technology industries, successfully
launching seven companies and selling four of them. Mr. Pratt also
served as a partner in the nation's sixth-largest accounting firm and
president of a division of Waste Management, a Fortune 500 company. He
is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a degree in business
administration.
General Counsel and Vice President, Legal Affairs
Michael Hartney has nearly 25 years of legal experience, representing clients in matters related to healthcare and corporate law, and associated litigation. Prior to joining SRC, he served as the company’s outside legal counsel. Through his private practice, Hartney has also represented the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery since 2002. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. Hartney is a member of the California State Bar and manages SRC’s San Diego office.
Vice President, Strategic Alliances
Jackie Sneve brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience to SRC, with 11 years in the field of transplant network development. Prior to joining the company, she led the National Transplant Network for Humana. Sneve also worked as a transplant contractor for the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison and John L. Doyne Hospital in Milwaukee. She received her master’s degree in public administration, with a certificate in hospital administration, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Vice President, Clinical Quality and Compliance
Lynne Thompson has more than 30 years of nursing experience in both clinical and administrative roles. She previously served as the chief nursing officer for several subacute and rehab facilities, and worked as a case manager and state inspector for the American Health Care Association. Thompson was also the director of the bariatric program for a large hospital system in Pinellas County, Florida. She received her nursing degree from St. Petersburg College and is a certified bariatric nurse. Since 2005, Thompson has performed more than 200 site inspections for SRC’s center of excellence programs.
