COEMIG Registration

Thank you for your interest in the COEMIG program. The COEMIG designation is available to surgeons, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers around the world that provide minimally invasive gynecologic care on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

The AAGL and SRC strongly encourage surgeons and facilities located outside the United States to have a fluent English speaker assist with applying to the program. These individuals will serve as the primary contact people and ensure that all involved fully understand the COEMIG program, its requirements, the application process, legal contracts and other important documents. 

Hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and surgeons use SRC’s proprietary online system for COEMIG registration, account creation and application submission. To register, you need to create a user name and password. Information in the COE system is only available in English.

COEMIG participants use a proprietary online system for registration, account creation and application submission. Step-by-step instructions on how to use the COE system are provided in the following help guides:

COE System Emails

Throughout the process, the COE system will automatically send emails containing instructions, links to resources and other important notifications.

  • To ensure you receive these system-generated communications, please add the domain @surgicalreview.org to your safe senders/safe recipients list or ask your network administrator to add the site to the global senders list.
  • Additionally, please include www.surgicalreview.org in your list of trusted sites, and change your pop-up blocker settings to always allow pop-ups from this site.

Note: The COE system functions with Internet Explorer version 7 or higher and Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or higher.

During this phone call, representatives will learn about your minimally invasive gynecology program, explain the registration and designation process, and answer any questions you may have.
