COEMIG Program Leadership

Many of the specialty’s leading surgeons have been involved in shaping the COEMIG program. The AAGL’s Board of Trustees has worked to ensure the COEMIG program supports the society’s mission and is mutually beneficial to minimally invasive gynecology patients and providers.

The society’s Standards Committee sets the requirements and provides oversight for the COEMIG program. The Review Committee evaluates program applicants according to the criteria established by the Standards Committee, determines and interprets program requirements, and reviews participant compliance. The Outcomes Committee works with SRC to identify the information that the BOLD database will capture for the minimally invasive gynecology specialty.
