COEMIG Fees

Fees for the Center of Excellence for Minimally Invasive Gynecology (COEMIG) program apply only to the surgeon and facility. There are no fees for the surgical practice.

COEMIG application fees, which include the first year of participation, must be paid before a surgeon or facility can submit their applications for provisional status. One year after provisional approval, SRC will invoice the center for annual COEMIG participation fees.

Facilities: Standard Program Fees

  • COEMIG Application Fee: $7,500 USD
    Facilities pay a one-time application fee of $7,500, which includes the first year of participation. Once an application is created, an application fee invoice can be viewed from the Invoice and Payment tab on the account summary page.
  • Annual COEMIG Participation Fee: $3,975 USD
    After the first year, facilities are billed an annual participation fee of $3,975. SRC will send an annual participation fee invoice directly to facilities when fees are due.

Surgeons: Standard Program Fees

  • COEMIG Application Fee: $650 USD
    Surgeons pay a one-time application fee of $650, which includes the first year of participation. Once an application is created, an application fee invoice can be viewed from the Invoice and Payment tab on the account summary page.
  • Annual COEMIG Participation Fee: $650 USD
    After the first year, surgeons are billed an annual participation fee of $650. SRC will send an annual participation fee invoice directly to surgeons when fees are due.

Site Inspection Fees

  • Site Inspection Fee: $1,850
    If the inspection requires more than one site inspector and/or more than one day, additional fees will be billed at the completion of the site inspection.

Methods of Payment

COEMIG fees must be paid to Surgical Review Corporation in US dollars by check, credit card or wire transfer. All payments should include the name of the surgeon or facility, their SRC account number and applicable invoice number.

  • Check: Funds must be drawn from a US account. Fees paid by check should be mailed to:

  • Credit card: Payments are not accepted over the phone and require an authorized signature (electronic signatures are not accepted). A credit card payment section is included on every invoice. This information should be printed, completed and signed before faxing to SRC Accounting at +1.919.882.8527.
  • Wire transfer: Wire transfers must be initiated by the participant through their bank, and the participant must notify SRC of the transfer using a bank wire transfer form. The form can be obtained by contacting SRC Support (coemigsupport null@null surgicalreview NULL.org), and completed forms should be faxed to SRC Accounting at +1.919.882.8527. A $50 fee is charged for each wire transfer.
