Program Support Manager
Colleen Guest’s experience encompasses accounting, clinical trial management, customer service, human resources and support to company executives. Ms. Guest supports all program participants as they move through the accreditation process and ensures all of their needs are met in a timely manner. She is also responsible for managing SRC’s accounts receivable and billing.
Program Support Manager
Vickie Poor brings over 30 years of experience in office management and customer support as the executive assistant to CEOs, CMO and CFOs. Prior to joining SRC, she worked in the healthcare and medical device industries – a cardiovascular company enhancing medical devices with a drug-delivery system and a specialty oncology pharmaceutical company. Before her career as a C-suite support professional, Ms. Poor earned her certification as an electroencephalogy technician. Ms. Poor coordinates all of SRC’s site inspection activities and provides close support to SRC’s site inspection team.
International Business Development Manager
Daniela Schaan Casagrande earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from the Methodist Institute of Education and Culture (Instituto Metodista de Educação e Cultura), Porto Alegre, Brazil. She earned her Master of Science in endocrinology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul School of Medicine (Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Porto Alegre, Brazil and achieved a PhD from Duke University. Dr. Casagrande has also participated in a Duke University research fellowship.
Dr. Casagrande worked as a bariatric nutritionist at The Center of Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome of São Lucas Hospital of PUCRS (Centro de Obesidade e Síndrome Metabólica do Hospital São Lucas da PUCRS, Brazil) from 2000 – 2014. During her tenure as Nutrition and Research Coordinator for her bariatric surgical and clinical diagnostics team, she led her hospital and surgeons to becoming an SRC Center of Excellence and guiding them through the site inspection process. She also has extensive experience within the Brazilian University system, working as a professor at the University of Vale do Rio do Sinos (Universidade do Vale do Rio do Sinos) and at The Foundation Institute of Cardiology of Porto Alegre (Instituto de Cardiologia de Porto Alegre).
Dr. Casagrande has served on two medical society boards. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Obesity Society (Associação Brasileira para o Estudo da Obesidade e Sindrome Metabólica – ABESO) from 2003 to 2005. Dr. Casagrande also served on the board of directors of the Metabolic and Bariatric Brazilian Society – RS Chapter (Sociedade Brasileira de Cirurgia bariátrica e metabolic – capitulo RS) from 2003 to 2010. She has published 14 manuscripts, five book chapters and several articles in Grey Literature.
Dr. Casagrande manages all of SRC’s business development activities outside of the United States, with particular focus in Brazil. She coordinates relationships with international medical societies and manages activities with SRC’s third-party business partners.
Victoria Giambattista has experience in accounts management for advertising agencies and in marketing management for medical device and healthcare companies. For SRC, Ms. Giambattista heads its marketing and communications activities, social media platforms, website content management and supports the business development and clinical quality teams. She works closely with designees to help them maximize benefits from their accreditation through SRC’s CARE Program. Ms. Giambattista earned her bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey.
Business Development Manager
Alex Borriello is responsible for SRC’s US sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining SRC, Ms. Borriello spent more than ten years in the medical device industry, collaborating directly with doctors, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. At SRC, this experience enables her to develop a close working relationship with prospective accreditation program applicants. Ms. Borriello earned her bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
Kyle Hanlin handles communications and public relations efforts for SRC and its accredited centers and surgeons as part of the Care Program team. He is involved in all areas of communications for SRC, including social media, collateral development and design, as well as video coordination and production.
Prior to joining SRC, Kyle spent more than 17 years in communications, team operations and broadcast management in the National Hockey League (NHL), primarily with the Carolina Hurricanes. In those roles he wrote and produced team publications, handled team travel and negotiated nine-figure broadcast rights agreements. He was honored with his name on the Stanley Cup in 2006 following the Hurricanes’ championship run and was a member of the team’s two-person communications department that received multiple nominations for Dick Dillman Award, given annually to the NHL’s top communications department.
Kyle graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a degree from UNC’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication (now School of Journalism and Media).
Excellence Program Coordinator
Frances Myers has years of experience in the customer service industry as well as the management of small, startup companies. Ms. Myers is in charge of SRC’s awards process and is the coordinator of SRC’s CARE program. She also works in close support to SRC’s Business Development team.
