Manager, CARE Program
Victoria Giambattista has experience in accounts management for advertising agencies and in marketing management for medical device and healthcare companies. For SRC, Ms. Giambattista heads its CARE Program activities and supports the business development and clinical quality teams. She works closely with designees to help them maximize benefits from their accreditation through SRC’s CARE Program. Ms. Giambattista earned her bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey.
Manager, Corporate Marketing
Michelle Elder, a Chicago native, brings over 10 years of marketing experience to SRC. Her wide-ranged marketing background includes working for New York’s Ford Model Management, various e-commerce businesses and restaurant groups. She is also an accomplished graphic designer. Ms. Elder earned her bachelor’s degree from The Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago.
Ms. Elder is involved in all marketing activities related to the growth of SRC’s brand, including social media, email campaigns, graphic design and website development. She works closely with the CARE Program and Business Development teams to create a cohesive environment for SRC designees and their patients.
Coordinator, CARE Program
Katharine Van Leer brings over twelve years of communications and public relations experience to the SRC team. As a communications professional in New York City, she has worked with a diverse range of companies and organizations including Thompson Hotels, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, Illy Coffee, Microsoft Zune, Nobu, Louis Roederer’s Cristal, Milk Gallery, Tao Group, Reebok and The Somaly Mam Foundation. Ms. Van Leer earned her bachelor’s degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
Ms. Van Leer manages SRC’s accreditation awards process and serves as a coordinator on the CARE Program team. She also works closely with the marketing department to create communication campaigns to SRC’s extensive network of accredited surgeons, medical professionals and facilities.
